Course 1 – Tuesday, 27 June – INTRO LEVEL DAY
During this section we will go over the basics of Route Manager including how to adjust the settings to make your environment more efficient. We will also help guide you through general navigation in customer service, equipment, vehicles, and more.

Course 2 – Wednesday, 28 June – FINANCIAL DAY
In this section, we will discuss different options for processing credit cards, how to deal with master accounts, and how to clean the open invoices/unapplied payments in route manager. Other topics also include CMC, Accounting Reports, and Optimizing the RMA data. We will also cover Web interfaces, Point of Sale and open invoices.

Course 3 – Thursday, 29 June – OPERATIONS/SCHEDULES/MAPPING DAY
In this section, we will discuss the basics of route setup. We will show you available options inside Route Manager such as, preparing for routes, and daily route operations (including Load Orders.) We will also take a deep look at MDM and Mango Mapping tools for optimizing your routes. We will cover the various features which are available on Android devices for Route Manager. We will also show you equipment servicing.

The sessions will be recorded and all attendees will be given access to the recording at no charge. If you cannot attend, but would like the 20 hours of recordings, it will be available to purchase for $215 (includes GST).
