Use this SMS template to send a text message to your customers to inform them when the last time they received a delivery was and provides your phone number and email address for them to schedule a delivery. The CMC variables used in this template are [ROU_LSDDAY] for the last delivery date, [COMP_PHONE] to include your phone number, [COMP_EMAIL] to include your email address, and [COMP_CNAME] to include your company name at the end of the message.
