Use this SMS template to send a text message to your customers to inform them of their account balance and provide a link for them to make a payment from your website! The CMC variables used in this template are [CUST_CONT] to include your customer’s name, [CFIN_TDUE] to include your customer’s account balance, [COMP_URL] to include the link for your customer to pay their bill, and [COMP_PHONE] to include your company phone number. Prior to version 7.0.2 R2 the variable [COMP_URL] did not exist.
