PRESIDENT/CEO - David, in addition to being the “El Jefe” of Advantage Route Systems has been an avid software developer for over 50 years. He started with archaic languages like BASIC, FORTRAN, COBOL, etc. Now his time is focused on being the chief architect of our many products. Leaving the coding to the younger kids, his main focus is customer relevance and ease-of-use of new products. Having visited hundreds of customers, he always wants to create features and functions that yield maximum benefit to them. David is married to Dianne and they have five children and seventeen grandchildren. His real passion is flying and he loves his Mooney!

PROGRAMMING MANAGER - Chris Jones has been there since the beginning. Since 1994, he has worked with David creating and improving Route Manager and a plethora of other products. He is the Programming Manager and manages the team of 6 software developers that create and maintain all of the software products for ARS. He also work closely with the tech support and sales departments to make sure that they get all of the answers and solutions they need for our customers. He says that the best part of working at ARS are all of the great people he’s been able to meet/work with, both co-workers and customers. It has been a great experience and he looks forward to what is still to come. After work, you can find Chris eating great food, watching movies, playing games, and smoking all types of foods in his smoker. Chris is vital to the ARS team and his leadership in the company is appreciated.

.NET LEAD - I’m Frank. I’ve been programming and designing software at ARS since 1996. I have be programming and working with computers and hardware for over 35 years. I love the challenge and problem solving this brings. The position I hold at Advantage Route Systems is .Net Lead. In addition to programming, I enjoy spending my time serving in my community as a fire fighter and helping people. I am Emergency Management certified, Firefighter I / many other fire service certificates, CLEET certified / many other law enforcement certifications, NIMS / ICS. Most people don't know that I'm the emergency manager for the Town of Wister, OK.

PROGRAMMER - Hello there! My name is Jacky Zheng and I joined ARS in the summer of 2022 as a Web Technician. I enjoy working with our awesome team at technical support to make sure the software and services we provide are working as smoothly as possible. I graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in Computer Science. In my free time I enjoy running, hiking, and exploring all the nooks and crannies within Central California and the Sierras. One interesting fact about me is that the high school I attended, Nordhoff High School, in Ojai is where the movie Easy A was filmed.

VIP CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER - Hello I’m Janelle! If you joined the ARS family in the last few years then chances are we have worked together. I work as the VIP Customer Care Manager, assisting our new customers with onboarding and training in our software. I started out with ARS in the Technical Support department in 2016 and I had 18 years of experience in the Bottled Water industry before joining the company. Having used the Route Manager software myself in the workplace before joining ARS, I know firsthand what you experience in your office. Because of this, I enjoy helping our new customers improve their daily data entry efficiencies and support them as they implement RMA into their business. Seeing customers excitement when tasks that used to take hours is reduced to minutes is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.

Hi, my name is Bailey! I started here at ARS in January of 2022 and am currently working in VIP Customer Care. I have an Associate’s degree in Business Administration. I enjoy my position because I get to work with new customers and prepare them for using our software so they can have a successful transition! When I’m not working, I volunteer with Girl Scouts, play with my Aussie pup, Bixby, and love to read and play music. One interesting fact about me is that I worked at Walt Disney World through the Disney College Program!

QMS CHAMPION - I’m Caley and have been with ARS since 2012. Many of you may already know me from on-site visits, workshops, or have seen my face in some of the training videos and Power Hours. Over the past two years I have stepped back from traveling for ARS as I had my first baby boy in 2019, and my second in December of 2021. Recently I have been focusing on internal company projects – most current being our ISO 9001 Certification. As of September 2021, ARS is an official ISO 9001 Certified Company. This means our company follows standard processes and procedures to ensure our customers get the highest service and products each day – which is our mission!

SALES - Hello hello! Jon Fisher here. I started with Advantage Route Systems in 2018. I am in Sales and get to work with companies all over on ways we can give them back more time of their day, streamline processes and just plain make things run more efficiently. Previous to joining ARS I spent 12 years in the propane industry and was a customer. I was in your shoes. So I understand the day to day and how important efficiency is and how frustrating it can be for things to fall through the cracks. Especially in the busy season. In my free time you’ll find me playing music, listening to music or just sitting out in nature. I love the Sun so if it’s nice outside look for me there! I love to travel as well. Growing up in as an Air Force Brat (a military family), we moved all over and spent a good portion of my childhood in Europe. I was even in Germany when the Berlin wall fell and have a piece of it! SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROFESSIONAL - Hello! I'm Mike and I began working at Advantage Route Systems in 2021. I have spent the last 12 years working in Sales and am Sandler Sales Certified. I love meeting new potential customers and helping them understand how we can help them save time and money through implementing our software. I also love the people I work with, great group. I spend a lot of time with my kids when I’m not working. I also enjoy taking a nice long walk to get some exercise and decompress from the day. Something interesting about me is I own some old civil war guns I inherited from my grandpa. I also enjoy an occasional karaoke session from time to time.

ACCOUNTING MANAGER - Hello from the Accounting Team! I’m Katie and have been with ARS since 2007. I am a sports lover and never would have dreamed growing up that I would be a numbers girl for a software company. I may not play sports as much as I wish, but at least I get to keep track of stats here and cheer on my 3 kids every weekend. My role has shifted several times over the years and I love the variety of work I do with Advantage Route Systems.

ACCOUNTING CLERK 2 - When you call into accounting, most often it is me, Jessica that will assist you. I do all of the billing for ARS and help customers with questions that they may have regarding support plans, product purchases and more. When I am not at work I love spending time with my two little boys. If you do have a question about your invoice or anything related to billing please don’t hesitate to reach out. QUALITY ASSURANCE TECHNICIAN - Hello! I'm Michelle Ramirez, and I've been your go-to for shipping and repairs since I first joined ARS in 2018. What I really like about my job is that it allows me to work in and dabble in a lot of different areas. Along with shipping and repairing hardware, I do a bit of hardware sales and accounting. I'm always eager to help out and learn/develop new skills. I graduated from CSU Stanislaus with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration. I love traveling and exploring new places, so a lot of my free time is spent planning and plotting my next adventure. I've been to Mexico, England, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain, but I'm just getting started. There are so many places to see, and so little time!

ACCOUNTING CLERK 1 - Hello! I’m Sangeeta. I joined ARS at the end of 2022 as Accounting Clerk 1. I have over 10 years of accounting and 7 years of banking experience. I attended Canada College, and have certification in financial accounting. I like my job because I’m passionate about accounting and my goal is to utilize my skills for the profit of the company and serve customers with their accounts so both ends run smoothly. When not working, I enjoy watching movies with my family and playing games. Some interesting facts about me is that I was born in Fiji Islands, my Dad was a cop and I have three wonderful sisters. I enjoy working for ARS and look forward to interacting with you, our customers!

MARKETING DIRECTOR - . I’m Liz Catrina and came back to Advantage Route Systems in September of 2020 in the roll of Marketing Director. I started with the company back in 1998 and worked here for a decade before taking a hiatus to raise 4 kids and pursue some other passions. It’s great to be back in the saddle! With the help of Megan, we are the ones creating and sending out all those emails to keep you updated on Power Hours, new products and different services we provide. I love art, design, creation and marketing which makes this a dream job. When I’m not behind a computer, I spend my time hiking, taking pictures, exploring, yoga, cooking and visiting my “college” kids in Arizona.

MARKETING - I have been working in Marketing at ARS since 2017. I enjoy the team I work with as well as being challenged to come up with new ideas to grow the business. I have my Bachelors in Communications from Cal State Stanislaus. When I have free time, I enjoy being a soccer mom, traveling, working out and spending time with friends and family. An interesting fact about me is that I have an identical twin sister.

PAYTON JONSON - Marketing Assistant - Hi! My name is Payton Johnson and I joined the ARS team in the summer of 2023. I work in the Marketing department as an assistant and love to be able to chat with our customers and help create an environment that people want to be a part of. I am currently finishing up my Bachelor’s degree at CSU Stanislaus in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing and cannot wait to reach the finish line. Outside of work I am a big lover of nature and family. One of my favorite things to do is be spontaneous with the people I love the most whether that be a quick hike, a trip to the beach or any kind of concert. The most interesting thing about me is that I am currently working on learning my third language, French!

ASSISTANT PROGRAMMING MANAGER - Hey there! My name is Kristan Lee. I joined ARS in the spring of 2017. I enjoy working with the testing and programming department to make sure that we can produce a product that benefits our customers. Being able to help our customers with any issues they may run into is always a joy. I graduated at CSU Stanislaus with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology. In my free time you can find me with my husband and daughter exploring the coast of Mississippi with our hound dog Bentley. The most interesting fact about me is that I grew up in a military family and got to live in Europe for 9 wonderful years!

I'm Mark and have been with ARS since 2016. I am a software tester and really enjoy problem solving. When I am not at work I love going to the beach as often as possible.

KASHMINI PERSADSINGH - QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR- Hello! I’m Kash and started working at ARS in May of 2022. I am a Senior Tester here. While I am intrigued by resolving any issues which may arise with our software, the most fulfilling part of my job is being able to help the Team provide a value product to our customers. I have a bachelor’s degree in IT and Management from the University of London and a PostGrad Cert in Management from Heriot Watt University. Here is a little more fun facts about myself. In addition to being a mom of 2, and a wife of 1, I enjoy reading mystery novels and tending to my orchids in my downtime. I have been told by many that I make the best carrot cake 😊 One of my goals for 2023 is to run my first 5K marathon!

TECH SUPPORT MANAGER - Hello! I’m Cat. I was hired by ARS right at the beginning of the COVID era so my start was a bit unconventional but since that time I have been promoted to Tech Support Manager. I have worked for over 10 years in customer service and 8 years in management. I love working with a great team of people in support and the positive interactions with customers like YOU make my days even better. When not at work I love getting out of our small town with my husband and son. A fun fact about me is my family owned a small Charter boat in Alaska and one time when we went charter fishing a whale had breached right next to the boat almost flipping us completely over. Ever since then, I avoid going in the ocean as much as possible.

WEB SUPPORT SPECIALIST - Hi my name is Nathan Mendes and I am a Web Support Specialist at ARS. I have been working for ARS for a year and a half. Whether it be assisting customers with issues, or testing our software, I am always trying to help the best I can to provide the highest quality to our customers I really enjoy the knowledge that I have been able to gain, and have felt very welcomed by my fellow co-workers who are always there to help. I am currently a college student, studying for my bachelors degree in Computer Science. When it gets hot, swimming is definitely my go to leisure activity. I also enjoy spending quality time with friends and family when I can.

DATA CONVERSION - I’m Robert. I began working at ARS in 2021 as a Tech Support Level 1. I spent 7 years in the US Navy as a Satellite Communications/Cyber Security expert. One of my greatest skill sets is problem-solving, and I get to utilize that skill every day as a member of the Tech Support team. I have a wide range of hobbies including tabletop games, exercising, and riding dirtbikes. I have a black cat, a white cat, and a Siberian Husky. Their names are Deku, Lily, and Athena, respectively.

SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR - Hi, I’m Nick. I started at ARS in September of last year in the Tech Support department. I got a Bachelors in Computer Science with specialty in Software Engineering from UC Irvine. I always look forward to spending time with the ARS team and all of our clients. We always try to keep the environment happy and friendly so that our clients get the same experience when they call us. When I am not at work, I am either playing games on my computer, taking a drive around the countryside, or working around the house helping with landscaping and remodeling. I was born in Peru and moved to the US when I was a kid. If you ever get me on the phone, you can talk to me in Spanish or Russian!

Hello! I'm Peyton and began working at ARS in 2023. I am excited about my role as the Tech Support Coordinator. I have been in the customer service industry for over 5 years and I have 2 years of management experience. I enjoy that my position allows me the opportunities to learn about things in multiple departments. I also love being responsible for ensuring our customers are receiving their hardware in a timely manner. When I am not working at ARS, I can be found hanging out with my puppy and making pizzas. I just moved back to the area from Phoenix, so I have been enjoying the Summer weather here so far and getting to spend more time around my family.

TECH SUPPORT - Hi, I’m Gabe. I joined the Tech Support team in 2022. I love working with computers and great people and I am lucky to be able to do both every day. When I am not working I love spending time doing photography and also spectating and entering into car shows. People are surprised when I make a pretty decent trumpet sound with my voice.

Greetings! I am Lizzeth Garcia, a member of ARS since Spring 2023. Currently, I serve in the Tech Web Support division, where I aid customers in receiving tech and web assistance. I enjoy assisting customers and solving their problems. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Engineering, attained at Sacramento State University. When not working, I enjoy spending time with my family or pursuing photography. An interesting fact about me is that I am a first-generation college student!

DOCUMENTATION SPECIALIST - Hey! My name is K’shai Fox, and I am the Documentation Specialist here at ARS. I joined in the Fall of 2022. I am a graduate from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in English (Creative Writing). I help people understand the different processes through step-by-step documentation that I create. When I’m not at work, you can find me reading a book, or cooking something delicious. The most interesting fact about me is that I’ve traveled to Ireland, England, Spain, Italy, and Mexico!

Hi! I’m Leo, I joined ARS during March of 2023 as a Support Technician. I find it very rewarding to resolve issues for customers, and helping them get back on the right track. I really enjoy a good challenge. I am CompTia Security+ certified and spend my free time working on personal projects at home such as game development on Unity engine, bug bounty hunting and running my own Bitcoin node. Aside from that, I am typically at the beach surfing the swells.
