We have some exciting news to share about Advantage Route Systems! It has been over 10 years and thousands of hours in the making. Drumroll please…. We are now ISO 9001 certified! After several audits we qualified for this major achievement. 

WANT TO KNOW WHAT ISO CERTIFICATION MEANS?
The ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is an independent, non-governmental, international organization that develops standards to ensure the quality, safety, and efficiency of products, services, and systems. ISO 9001 certification is a quality management system, or QMS. Now that ARS is “ISO 9001 Certified”, it means than an effective QMS (our process for continuous improvement) is in motion and we have been able to successfully demonstrate those procedures to an external auditor.

As a result of the ISO 9001 certification process, you will experience enhanced customer service, even better software and can expect continuous improvement from us. It also highlights any shortcomings so we can recognize and address issues immediately. ISO 9001 is not a quick fix, but rather an ongoing process of improvement that we are dedicated to over time.

We went through ISO Certification to define processes so those products and services are delivered in the highest-quality possible to YOU. Quality is a core value at ARS! It is second on our list – only to integrity.

Also a shout-out to the rest of the ARS team for diligently documenting dozens of procedures in every department.
