If you are currently using QuickBooks Desktop 2021 software (or a previous version) alongside our Route Manager Docking software, we’re writing to inform you about an important update from Intuit.

Service Discontinuation Notice

As of May 31, 2024, Intuit will discontinue support for all 2021 versions of QuickBooks Desktop. This includes:

  • QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2021
  • QuickBooks Desktop Premier 2021
  • QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions v21
  • QuickBooks Desktop for Mac 2021

Impact on Your Services

Post-May 31, 2024, you will lose access to:

  • Live technical support from Quickbooks
  • QuickBooks Desktop Payroll
  • QuickBooks Desktop Payments
  • Online bank feeds from Quickbooks
  • Critical security patches and updates
