Marketing Manager
Job Description
We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on, results-driven marketer with strong campaign management experience, a passion for quality content, and keen on creative, data-driven marketing. The ideal candidate will work well in a small team and is highly interested in learning and implementing AI tools to drive efficiency.
As our next Marketing Manager, you'll work directly with the Marketing Director to execute the marketing strategy, increase brand awareness, and be a key driver of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and marketing-influenced pipeline through strategic, multi-channel campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Drive qualified lead generation and revenue opportunities through targeted marketing campaigns including digital advertising, SEO, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and events.
- Own and execute our content marketing strategy through HubSpot—including blogs, landing pages, gated assets, website updates, and white papers.
- Manage PPC on Google and social.
- Plan and manage trade show participation: planning, logistics, booth experience, on-site/off-site execution, and post-event lead follow-up.
- Coordinate and host webinars to engage potential customers and support partnerships with leading trade partners, associations, and publications.
- Maintain seamless sales hand-off processes, including marketing automation workflows and BDR team sequences that ensure timely lead follow-up.
- Collaborate with digital media partners to manage advertising strategy, content production, and performance optimization.
- Ideate and create content for social media, emails, blogs, case studies, and white papers.
- Oversee brand management to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all platforms.
- Use data and insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or distribution.
- 2+ years of Paid Search Management (Google, Bing, social).
- Proven track record of executing successful demand generation campaigns across email, events, content, advertising, and social.
- Experience managing marketing automation tools—HubSpot knowledge is required.
- Experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Experience using design tools such as Canva for asset creation.
- Able to travel to trade shows as needed.
- Strong time management and organization skills.
Skills:
- Experienced in B2B marketing, with distribution industry or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with software systems used in route delivery.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management, and SEO best practices.
- Comfortable analyzing campaign performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Capable of managing responsibilities independently, ensuring timely completion of work with minimal oversight.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
