Zebra Printer does not print correctly V7

Most Zebra printers are capable of being named. However, in order for the Route Manager handhelds to recognize them they can NOT have custom names.

Printer may show up in the list, and prints, but does not print in correct fonts. Signatures and Logos may not work, etc.

The printer has a custom name/name not recognized by the Route Manager Handheld Software.

Each printer must be flashed to start with two XX's in their printer name. Refer to the manufacturers website/instructions on using the Zebra Serial Cable and Zebra Configuration Utility to rename the printers so they ALL start with "XX".

Command used to reset Zebra printers to default settings- useful for new customer conversions when the print format isn't correct: This is entered into the Zebra Configuration utility in the section where you are able to send commands to the printer via USB cable.
