Viewing Invoice Copy from Desktop and does not Open in Adobe (gray screen) V8

When trying to view invoice in RM, the PDF does not always display the invoice.

PDF does not display invoice when trying to preview.

There is a setting in Adobe we can turn off that should result in it working properly.

Users can open Adobe Reader, go to Edit>Preferences. Then go to the "General" section and UNCHECK the option labeled "Enable Protected Mode at Startup". Select OK to save and close Adobe Reader like it suggests.

Next time you preview an invoices, it should work normal again.
