Problem
When we print statements it says PREVIEW
When looking at your statements in Preview Mode, the message Preview will appear on all of your statements. This article explains why that happens and what you can do about it.
What happens
Many customers want to look at a few statements before they actually email them or print them to their local printer. If they try to print them from the PREVIEW screen, you get this message:
Solution: This only happens if you print preview them: 
from the selection screen. If you print them from the PRINT button (or send via email), that message will not appear. We do that so you know they are printed and then it will update the last statement date, too!
