Standard Printer in Local Settings V8

This article is to assist you understanding what these no printer prompts mean

Cause

If you do not have a Standard Printer on Login the below prompt will pop up and we will open up local settings

You will receive another warning to setup your printer before attempting to print reports.

Lastly, we will pop up local settings to allow you to set a valid Standard Printer

If you do not have a Standard Printer when exiting out of local settings you will receive this prompt when exiting

If your printer is set to an invalid postscript printer on login you will receive the below prompt then pop up local settings
If you exit local settings with a postscript printer set as your Standard Printer you will receive this prompt on exit
Attempting to print with a PostScript printer set as standard printer you will receive the prompt below.
If you have your printer set to a post script printer, once you update your Standard Printer in local setting and exit out of the local settings screen you will see the prompt below

This is the prompt to display your new printer will be set to your Windows Default Printer. 

As you can see below your new Standard Printer in local settings is set as your Windows Default Printer.
