ServQuest- Tickets generated without zero qty items
Tickets were generated on the desktop and show on Minimate with no items that are set with 0 quantity
When tickets are generated on the desktop (manually or automatically) there is a checkbox that reflects the line items in the ticket.
Things to include in this KB:
* what do we see in MM and SQ
* why do we see it
* solution- no delivery then re generate if they were created manually
*solution for generating from schedules- delete the G from schedules calendar, then close with 'no delivery' then regenerate.
