Enhancements (4)

Equipment

  • Enhancement to the way ServQuest handles duplicate equipment serial numbers

Rental Invoices

  • Invoice Remarks from Schedule are being printed on Rental Invoices

QB Connector

  • Updated SQ QB Connector to work with Quick Books Online

Utilities

  • Updated Monthly AVG sales and Credit Limit Calculation 

 

Bugs (6)

Customer

  • Fixed issues with not being able to add a credit card to a newly created customer.

Hubs

  • Fixed issues where tickets generated using a hub-specific user, generated tickets for customers for all hubs – SQ will only generate for the hub the user has access to.

Install

  • Updated Stored procedure for VSP installation package

Rentals

  • Fixed issues with Tariffs doubling sales amounts when no tariffs were assigned

SmartGrids

  • Applied payment history is now showing correctly on the AR-Invoices smart grid and on the Open Invoices and Customer Credits screen.
  • Fixed issue where Portal Billing smartgrid was not allowing users to post invoices that had already been sent to the Account Mate GL.
