ServQuest 25.02 Release Notes – September 25th 2025 

Enhancements (8)

New Features 

  • Modification added for calculating/adding Tariffs (tariff items) to rental invoices generate in ServQuest using the Generate Rental Invoices feature. 

Processes 

  • Added warning message in SQ if multiple users run the SQ Rental Invoice Generate simultaneously. 
  • Added change to have contracts read from Ship Quantity instead of Order Quantity. 

Performance 

  • Added script to assist in investigating and debugging SQL locks.  
  • Improvements made to Dispatch to address indexing issue. 

SQ Forms/Grids 

  • Added Call Create Date and Start Call Time to Call History SQ smartgrid. 
  • Added Chain field to AR-Invoices SQ smartgrid 
  • Added YTD column to SQ Schedules smartgrid

Processes  

  • Added new security features to improve CardConnect token retrieval. 
  • Fixed issue with Apply Payment stored procedures. 
  • Fixed issue where SQ Schedule was not closing automatically after save/generate. 
  • Fixed issues with how FIFO inventory costs are calculated in ServQuest versus AccountMate. 
  • Added step to single ticket generate from Schedule to ensure ticket/invoice uses the current Item Standard Cost - for non IC clients. 
  • Fixed issue with dll versions on SQ Payment Processing 

Forms 

  • Fixed issue where user could type in "COMP" as a Ticket Status and save Amend Work Ticket form.  
  • Fixed validation error observed when trying to save equipment with 3-character color code on Equipment Maintenance by Site. 
  • Fixed issue where user was able to save special characters in Miscellaneous Maintenance. 
  • Fixed issue on SQ Audit where aritrs.nshipqty field was not holding on Audit Trail Setup. 

 

Utilities 

  • Fixed Copy Contract utility to be compatible with any Ship To Address #, and to create a Contract Header if it does not already exist. 
  • Fixed error on SQ Change Customer Number utility. 
  • Fix to SQ Change Paycode utility. 
  • Fixed SQ Delete Items from Schedule based on Date utility. 
  • Fixed error on SQ Rename Line Item in Group utility. 
  • Fix to SQ Update Price Level utility
