ServQuest 25.01 Release Notes – July 14th 2025 

Bugs 

Processes  

  • Added a fix to retain correct item price on Back Order items when delivery quantity is zero. 
  • Added check for Committing Transactions in Avalara. 
  • Improvements to Dispatch functionality with ServQuest Hubs 
  • Fixed an error with batch ticket generation when there are no tickets to generate (Avalara customers ONLY). 
  • Fixed issue with Assistant # field looking for a driver of type 'S' (Salesperson) 
  • Improvements to Nightly Cleanup jobs.

  • Change to remove inactive salespersons from Customer Maintenance Sales Person Leading Search. 
  • Fixed an issue when saving Schedule Calendar changes when Avalara is enabled.
