Bank Reconciliation

• Made enhancements to the bank reconciliation function for ease of use

1. Highlighted current record in dark red with white font
2. Highlight all rows in dark blue if they've been completed This leaves all non-imported records in white and makes them easy to find
3. Import full values for payments with a comma in the number
4. Imported payments now show an X if completed, blank if not
5. Added totals for all payments and imported/applied payments to bottom right of form

• Photo Required checkbox is now added in Lists > Customer information > Route > which now Prompts the driver for invoice photo for after delivery

Advanced Communications

• Allow route to be downloaded when duplicate records exist, but log duplicates in mobileDIErrors.log

Equipment

• Added an Equipment ID field to Warehouse Setup where TANK equipment can be assigned and it will display tank information - Last reading date/time, last reading level (gallons and %), and last reading battery %.

Fleet Optimization

• Added a new advanced setting to Fleet Optimization that accounts for the day label frequencies assigned to a customer when assigning stops to a route.

• Added new Equipment fields for custom Delivery order.

• Implemented a program to waiver rents which are calculated against the sale of certain products.

Reports

• Added an option to the report criteria on Sales Commission Report that does not group the sales by master account and instead displays them by their individual sub accounts.
• Added EPA number and Manifest # to Transaction Details reports

Route Sequence

• When 'Use Permanent Sequence' is turned on, the Route Sequence screen will display the route sequence set on the customer table instead of pulling the route sequence from the calendar table.

Statements

• Added a custom field to Product > Info to allow customer to enter a number - to assist with printing customer statement only.
• New Fields added in branch which updates customers' Statement Assessment Charges and   Statement codes when autopay is turned on or off. These settings update with changes from MangoWeb or from the customer form itself, and works with Credit Cards and ACH payment options.
• Fixed issue with PDF icons not generating on Australian servers due to error when reading the date format

Surveys

• If survey lines are sent to print 'Always' or 'Invoice' on the survey setup, the survey lines are printed on the invoice on MDM - if pictures exist, the pictures will print on the invoice.

Mango One Mobile

• Added Product images to product lists on MOM - Start of Day, End of Day, Quick Entry product cards and Add Products list. Images are taken from the Internet tab of the Products Screen
• MOM remembers the driver logged in on the device from the previous day.
• Added a progress bar to Android MOM update.

RMA

CMC

• When an email is sent through CMC with an attachment, after delivery, the rmrdgbroadcaststatus table will show that the "file_data” is empty. RMA is clearing the field, so the table does not grow too large.
• Fixed issue where some afternoon reports were not being generated or sent upon upload.

Customers

• Fixed an issue where notes saved under Customer > Contacts could not be deleted. Notes can now be deleted.

Delivery Schedules

• Fixed issue with delivery schedule not emailing to customers due to PDF printer settings missing. Once RMA is updated, open Local Settings and edit, then save without making any new changes.

Handheld Class

• Removed duplicate HH class option: Block Negative & Positive Sale on the same invoice

Inventory

• Fixed an issue where writing off inventory, updated the cost for the products in all branches/warehouses

Invoices and Adjustments

• Fixed an issue on Invoices and Adjustments - when the user added a ticket number and the invoice pulls in the order lines, the price would go to 0.00 when the user tries to edit the line item.
• Fixed an issue with rounding on invoices and adjustments - when discounts were applied, the totals were not being rounded.
• When Invoices are printed on desktop from Invoices and Adjustments, the customer's default format will be taken from Customer > Route > Send Invoice.
• When fee invoices created on RMA from MW were edited, the invoice key would get broken between tables. Fixed this issue.

Mapping

• Updated Batch Geocoding API to latest Here Map endpoints

MDM

• Fixed issues with duplicate orders being created when the period is closed. This happened when the customer is on custom delivery schedule.

Monitors

• Fixed an issue where orders stopped being auto created for Will Call customers when the monitored tank level went below 35%.

Posting

• Fixed errors with posting when discounts existed on the invoice line.

Redemption

• Added redemption charges to orders on MDM - these are added/updated when the product quantities are added/updated.
• Fixed an issue where redemption lines added to future sales on MOM, were not being added to the order on RMA.
• When delivery orders with redemptions were sent to MOM, the redemption quantities were incorrect in checkout. This issue has been rectified.

Reports

• Fixed issue with rounding that was making sales and tax report to not match general ledger tax amount.
• Fixed rounding issue that was causing discrepancies between the sales and tax report and the business pulse report.
• Fixed visual issue with transparency in the "delivery manifest deposit codes” table for bill of lading in the pre-route report screen.
• Fixed issues with Paid Invoices report not returning any data.
• Fixed issues with Suspended/Hold Service Account Report - where the sort options caused an error trapper to be thrown on the screen.
• Fixed an error trapper pop-up when attempting to reprint open invoices on the customer

Mango One Mobile

• New safeguards were added to MOM to prevent inaccurate beginning tank percentage calculations.
• Credit terms are printed on all invoices on MOM and MM as well as reprints. Credit terms are taken from the Credit Class setup.
• Updated MOM to always look for the lowest price (when the flag on the default product is on) when the customer has both default product and advanced pricing with the same product.
• Fixed issue where new order or stop notifications could be opened multiple times and accepted/rejected.
• Fixed an issue where rejected dragged stops would be sent down again when a new stop was dragged onto the route, and after rejecting a stop, no other dragged stops could be accepted.
• Fixed issue where items loaded on truck during a reload were not being counted on the product sold reports.
• Fixed 'Make Order for Tomorrow' function so that it now starts as a blank screen without preloading equipment parts.
• Added tank monitoring symbol to customer info tank percentage icon.
• Fixed issue where stops with contract gallons would not print a complete invoice and it would get stuck in MOM. Also fixed issue with reprint from completed sales not working for contract gallon stops.
• Fixed error when attempting to download multiple days. When ‘download multiple days’ are checked in handheld class, Mango Mobile downloads complete without error.

 

Mango Mobile

• Credit terms are printed on all invoices on MOM and MM as well as reprints. Credit terms are taken from the Credit Class setup
• Users cannot have a negative and positive sale on an invoice on MM if the HH class for block negative and positive sales is turned on
• Fixed an issue where sending stops down to Mango Mobile, the stop will show on a separate section on Route Selection. Now, the stop remains as part of the original Route Selection list of customers.
• Fixed an issue where Settle + report printed the header only, when end of day skipping of stops is done.
• Fixed issue where delivery order dates were being sent down with incorrect date/time and were being grouped with a different route date.
• Removed yearly rent from the default products list in MOM.

 

Sub-Products – Mango One Mobile 

• Fixed issue with sub products not populating on the product list when customer had main products as default products or on delivery orders. This was also fixed for when main products were manually added using the "add product” function. Doing this will now add the sub products as well.
• When a delivery order is created with only main products, the sub products will be calculated automatically on the handheld.
• When sub products are manually added to delivery orders, and the corresponding main product is also on the delivery order, the handheld will ignore the sub product quantity and calculate the quantity based on the main product.

 SADocking 

• Have sync be smarter when recreating openinv records and adjust them based on failed payments

• Fixed an issue with PO number not being displayed on subject line of emails when PO is being emailed from within RMA.

• Fixed issues with emailed formats on Pre-Route Report and New Customer Wizard reports.
• Fixed hazmat format truck status report to show the weight and product code like it was before V8.

• Fixed an issue where expired promotions were causing order lines to not be displayed on MOM.

Delivery orders (RMA)

• The tax amount on delivery orders with limit tax were not matching up with the tax amount shown on MDM view order. The limit order tax is now matching on delivery orders and in MDM view order.

MDM

• Fixed issue where optimizing from the Tools menu, then editing an order would rearrange the sequence and send the edited order to the top.
• Whenever stops were added to a route using the "Add Stops by Area/Sub Area” function in MDM, the incorrect tank percentage was being used. Routes added using MDM's "Add Stops by Area/Sub Area" now send down the correct tank percentage.
• Fixed and issue where the next delivery was showing the last delivery date. This has been corrected to show the correct next delivery date from the route tab of the customer.
• On MDM Pre-Route shortlist, only delivery orders showed the city and state. Scheduled and manual deliveries only showed street address. Now all stops on the pre-route short list show the full address including city and state.
• MDM would load default products with default prices despite having date-specific prices for the date the order was being created. MDM now loads default products using date-specific prices when the order date is within that date range, and default prices when the order date is set outside of that range.

Reports

• Top Customer Report: Made the default "From/To” field blank so that if no route is selected the report will include customers with no route assigned.
• Sales Summary Report: label on the screen should have said "Include invoices without a route" instead of "include off-route" Changed label to "Include Invoices Without a Route"
• Minimum Purchase Offenders Report: Sub accounts that had sales exceeding the minimum amount during the dates filtered on the minimum purchase offenders report were still being shown on the report because the sales were being assigned to the master account. Report was changed to leave the sub account sales assigned to the sub account instead of assigning them to the master account.
• Transaction Details Report: On the afternoon report, some transactions would be split by product code into various rows. Fixed the afternoon report so that all transactions under one invoice are listed together.
• Posting Reports: When there is a transaction posting error, RMA only sends the error report via email, not the posting report. Now if there is a transaction posting report, it is included along with the posting report when sending via email.
• Afternoon Report: Damaged product is not being identified/listed correctly on the product sold summary totals report. Line break to display damaged product quantities under the product code line.
• Sales Detail Report: Added Customer Acquisition field to export of report
