- In invoices and adjustments, we removed the functionality to be able to calculate promotions manually for desktop-created invoices
- RMA will send your version data to ARSCORE.net so that Advantage Route Systems is up to date on what your current version of RMA and Mango Web are.
- When deleting an employee, the system will first check to see if the employee is being used in any tables and if so, it will now direct them to use the Change Employee ID's function which has now been changed to allow them to merge one employee into another existing employee so the original can be deleted.
- In invoices and adjustments, we removed the functionality to be able to calculate redemption values and will auto-calculate those amounts upon saving the invoice.
- Updated Payment Transfer process in Customer Finance Assistant to allow transferring any payment, whether applied or not from the customer's entire history. This option does not physically change the original payment but simply creates a debit payment on the transfer from Account and a credit payment on the transfer to Account.
- On Product Class Codes added a section for “Full %”. This will allow you to use the product class full % for estimated quantities on delivery orders and load orders
- When using the admin function to delete expired credit cards, this process will now be logged in the log report.
- Added logging to be able to track what employees put RMA in and out of single-user mode.
- Blocked the ability to edit handheld-created invoices that uses a Skip code that is a drag, and added "DRAG-SKIP label" to the top of the invoices screen.
- Added CardPointe as a new credit card processor.
- Setting the start and end time for desktop-created invoices through invoices and adjustments to 0:00.
