  • RMA-9 - PDFs done on MOM are saved in the filing cabinet on Customer > Contacts.

Mango One Mobile

  • RMA-75 - Removed MOM App from RMA Installer and Removed MOM Install Webpage from Adv Comms
  • RMA-74 - Add MOM app to the Play Store
    • Only for users of RMA 8.3 
  • RMA-63 – Added a new handheld class option “Hide Total Sales from End of Day Reports” has been added under the Handheld Class > Morning/Afternoon tab.
    • When this option is turned ON:
      1. The Invoice Reconciliation screen no longer displays the Total Sales amount.
      2. The Sales Detail Report hides both individual item sales and the total sales amount.
    • When the option is turned OFF:
      1. The Invoice Reconciliation screen again shows Total Sales.
      2. The Sales Detail Report resumes showing individual item sales and the sales total at the bottom.
  • RMA-47 – Update Flutter to 3.25 (internal)
  • RMA-44 – Added a Handheld Class option on Receipt 2 Tab below “Print Par Summary on Invoice” to “Print all PAR and Default Items”. Mobile print shows all products on the mobile receipt as well as on the RMA mobile pdf.
  • RMA-10 - Mobile (HH) invoices in Mango One Mobile now show the [Tx] indicator next to taxable items. The [Tx] label is printed correctly on both the mobile invoice preview and printed receipts, even when the tax authority label is blank.

Mapping

  • RMA-46 - Added an “Only Show Monitored Tank Levels” option to Route By Map (Map Settings) separate from the global MDM setting, so users can filter plotted tank monitors in Route By Map without changing the MDM grid display.

Payments

  • RMA-14 - Updated the Basys credit card batch export to include RMA customer ID in the order ID field and credit class in the PO number field.

SADocking

  • RMA-58 - Added the ability to sync Mango Web orders from RMA to SAP

 

Bugs

Customers

  • RMA-29 - Fixed option to print driver name/initials on handheld pdf in RMA.
  • RMA-28 - Fixed issues where the price list print on customer sheets were using the old 7.5 tables and not the new Advanced pricing tables. This issue has been resolved for both existing and new customers.
  • RMA-20 - If the stop is over a hundred, it should still show the correct stop number in Route Pre-Sale Report and should not drop the 1

Equipment

  • RMA-32 - Prevented deletion of in-use equipment types and fixed rent/import behavior so accounts with missing or invalid Equipment Type Codes no longer import or appear on the Generate Rents list
  • RMA-23 - Fixed an issue where, after adding a direct billing code to a new Equipment Service Code, the add checkbox would remain visible and greyed out on the products screen.

Invoices

  • RMA-50 - Fixed an issue where ampersands printed on Billing and Shipping name and address on invoices.
  • RMA-8 - The misspelled "Manual" should be fixed on the invoice.

Mango One Mobile

  • RMA-80 - Fixed an issue where past due status for some customers was not displaying correctly on the driver handheld. Accounts that were past due in RMA showed a green “$” icon which indicates that no balance is past due, instead of the red icon that indicates that there is a past due balance.
  • RMA-52 - Fixed issue where the handheld class option to “Hide Will-call Customers When Using ‘Build Route’ Options” was not working correct. Now, when the option is enabled, Will Call customers are excluded from:
    1. Off Route “By Area” list
    2. Off Route “Near Me” list

When the option is disabled, Will Call customers are again included in those Off Route lists.

  • RMA-34 - Fixed issue where total quantity of products sold was not being printed on the handheld invoice despite the handheld class option being enabled.
  • RMA-31 - Fixed option to print driver name/initials on handheld pdf in RMA.
  • RMA-24 - Updated Mango One Mobile (MOM) tax calculations to correctly apply sales tax limits defined on the Sales Tax Code. Previously, MOM did not respect maximum tax limits for certain tax zones, causing tax to be overcharged in some scenarios.
  • RMA-16 - Removed an extra period in the transaction approved/declined message that popped up when using [Authorize.net|http://Authorize.net] credit card processor.
  • RMA-12 - Fixed an issue where Signature name from Invoices created on Mango One Mobile were not being displayed on RMA mobile invoice prints.

MangoPOS

  • RMA-84 - Confirming POS will accept payments for current month for credit card processors except BASYS. The BASYS Processor sends back a message that the card is expired.

MDM

  • RMA-83 - Fixed an issue that caused an error when printing a Parts Load Order for routes/dates that also had a Product Load Order
  • RMA-35 - Fixed an issue in the MDM service order screen where only the first fault code was being saved and other selected/edited fault codes were either removed or reset to code #1. Users can now reliably select and update any fault code when creating equipment service orders.

Payments

  • RMA-72 - Made changes in RMA so that the credit card fee invoice date now matches the actual credit card payment (system) date instead of the module date. This prevents posting issues caused by mismatched dates between the credit card payment and its associated fee invoice and keeps the general ledger and merchant account activity in sync.
  • RMA-17 - The Payment Lookup window shouldn't lock if the user will click many items and view receipts.

Reports

  • RMA-82 - Fixed an issue on the Print Route Tickets report where manual deliveries and specials did not print the correct route, day label, and sequence after a customer’s route was changed. Added a pop-up on changing route action which prompts the user to confirm if they want existing open orders and manual schedules to be moved to the new route.
  • RMA-56 - Fix an error that occurred when printing the customer Route Sheet from the Customer Info screen, and remove an extra printer prompt specific to this option.
  • RMA-53 - Resolved an issue where the Last 5 Deliveries report did not display PAR values when using the Mango One Mobile app.
  • RMA-26 - Fixed issue where users could not successfully print Open Item Statements with custom RPX templates without encountering errors.
  • RMA-18 - Fixed Addition / Termination Report totals: removed MTD/YTD columns, show single-column totals by reason for selected date range, ensure terminations no longer reduce additions count, and corrected termination totals for the selected end date range

Route Scheduling

  • RMA-55 - We fixed an issue where skip reasons configured to “Update Last Delivery Date” were not updating the Last Delivery Date in the Advanced Route Scheduling form.

SADocking

  • RMA-89 - Fixed an issue where customers with multiple stops were re-importing the main stop's open invoices incorrectly.

Tank Monitors

  • RMA-86 - Fixed issue updating a remote monitor’s stop if it was moved to a new stop on the same account on gaslog.
