Important Information Before Updating

The following information needs to be reviewed before attempting an RM Update without the assistance from an ARS Technician.

  • Confirm that your current build is no older than 7.2 1900. 
    • If your build is older than 1900, do not proceed on your own. Please contact ARS to schedule the update. 
    • You can locate your build number by going to Help>About. Your current build will show in the top right corner:

Bug Fixes

  1. In Mango Mobile if you use Off Route> Area and you have no sub area assigned to an area Mango Mobile would crash
  2. After you optimize a route on the handheld when using off route> area option you cannot invoice customers
  3. Changed to sort by Secondary Charge Codes if they are enabled for the Purcahse Order Quick Entry Screen 
  4. Always LCR-II control panel on handheld and print Sales Number on Invoice
  5. Routes > Utilities > Extend Calendars > Stops that were moved to another route, then skipped were extending during ext process.

  1. Implemented support for the Urovo BTU-3 printer
  2. Lists > Routes > Route Master > Corrected issue when option “Use Invoice Numbers as Secondary Ticket Numbers” wasn’t properly adding ticketnum2 to invoices
  3. Added config.fpw file to root folder to improve mapped drive stability
  4. Corrected error where Right After Delivery payments were always printing receipts
  5. Fixed issue that could result in creating duplicated invoice numbers on the desktop

  1. Corrected an issue where the gratis reasons were not being via RMLive
  2. Corrected an issue where shopping cart orders were not being marked as High Priority

Mango Mobile

  1. Corrected issue calculating Invoice Reconciliation reports
  2. Added totals to Invoice Reconciliation report
  3. Changed credit card fee prompt to only display when customer has a fee code assigned
