Reports Plus
OverviewMany years ago, Frank Sinatra would sing “I did it my way!” Now you can, too, with our all new software tool called Reports PLUS! This powerful new addition lets you create and save customized reports from your Route Manager data.
With this data, you can select a column to print, create subtotals, group and sort your data, etc. When you are done, you can print, email or preview your output. You can even export it to Excel to make charts, graphs and other visual data.
Oh, did we say that there is no extra charge to use this tool? It is included free in your software updates.
1. To access Reports Plus, navigate to the Reports > Reports Plus. This will open the reports plus screen.

2. Select the report you wish to create under the Reports menu. Below is a listing of reports to choose from.
- Customer: Create a report by pulling customer data (rmrdglstcust).
- Route: Create a report by pulling route data (rmrdglstrout).
- Customer/Route: Create a report by pulling customer and route data (rmrdglstcust/rmrdglstrout).
- Products: Create a report by pulling product data (rmrdglstprod).
- Equipment: Create a report by pulling equipment data (rmrdwlstequip).
- Call in Deliveries: Create a report by pulling Delivery Order data (rmrdgrtecal/rmrdglstcust/rmrdglstrout/rmrdgtelereq)
- Delivery Schedule: Create a report by pulling Delivery data (rmrdgrtecal/rmrdglstcust/rmrdglstrout/rmrdwlstequip)

My Filter: Drop down menu of a variety of custom reports you have created.
Note: When you first open your new custom report your My Filter option will be set to <Default>
Run: This will generate your custom report
Save Filter: This allows you to save your new custom report
Delete Filter: This allows you to delete custom reports you have created
Print Preview: This allows you to preview your report
Print: This allows you to print your report to your default printer in your local settings
Excel: This allows you to export your report to excel
PDF: This allows you to export your report to a pdf
Fax: This allows you to fax your report
Email: This allows you to email your report
All Account #: Select this option to have your report include all customer account numbers
From: Select a start customer account number
To: Select an end customer account number
Note: The fields under your main menu items in your custom report will vary depending on the reports option you choose.
4. When you tap a header item an arrow will appear to indicate whether this column is in descending or ascending order.

5. When you right click on a column header you will see the following items
Properties for [data table]: This menu header shows you what foxpro data table you are using to pull in information
Display Name: This option allows you to modify the display name for the selected column header

Show: This option allows you to show or hide the selected column
Show When Grouped: This option allows you to show or hide the selected column when it is grouped by a coulmn header
Word Wrap: This option will allow your text to be carried over to a new line automatically as the margin is reached.
Format Column:

Add Column Filter: This option allows you to filter custom information that you would like to be inlcuded from this column in your report.

Clear Column Feature:This option allows you to clear any filters applied to this column
Clear All Column Filters: This option allows you to clear out all column filters that you have applied.
Math:
Clear: Select this option to undo any math you have applied to a column.
Count: Will count all of the items within the column you have selected and insert a total “Count”at the bottom

Sum: Will generate a sum all of the items within the column you have selected and insert a total “Sum”at the bottom

Hidden Columns:
If you would like to group by a certain data table you can drag the column header to the above section. For example if we wanted to group all of our customer information by customer name we would drag the name header into this section and the report would modify as follows.


Once you have modified your report and would like to save, fill in the My Filter portion with a description. After that is completed you will select Save Filter.

To see this report select Print Preview
