Error:
When a customer has several Credit Card profiles and there is a need to add a credit card, sometimes an error prompt will appear. The Error comes up as:= "Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint" as is show in the image below:
The error occurs when the system cannot differentiate between the credit card profiles, and it "blocks" the user from creating double profiles with the same properties.
Solution:
1. Go to Customer maintenance -> Settings ->Payment Processor Profile Setup
2. Change the field of a phone number - This field has no effect on credit card processing,
3. Save the profile and add the credit card details.
