Symptoms

Warning message pops up when accessing that particular customer on desktop and on handheld

Cause

Customer on Handheld and/or Desktop entered a large number on a particular account(s) in many areas

Resolution

Must locate the appropriate table with the overflow value. Consult programming as they will need to dig through the codes to find where it could possibly be located.
