When trying to backup for the first time, there is no activity.

Symptoms

When using certain Anti Virus programs, such as Norton Security, and MangoBackup seemingly has no activity when attempting the first backup.

Cause

AntiVirus software is blocking access.

Resolution

Allow MangoBackup! to run; Norton will prompt you to allow MangoBackup! to access our servers. Norton may take a few minutes to complete this process and might prompt you multiple times. Choose an option that will ALWAYS allow MangoBackup! to access our servers, ensuring that scheduled backups will not be interrupted. After the first time, Norton should not prompt you again.
