Cause
What causes this error is that the path to the Mango Web framework is incorrect. See the error below, as it contains the path it is looking for, as well as the path of the site.
Resolution
To resolve this error log in to web panel and go to the File Explorer. Select the public_html folder, within that folder there will be a .base_dir file. If your file explorer does not show hidden files, you will not be able to see this file. You might have to go to File Explorer Options to enable viewing hidden files.
Select the base_dir.file and edit that file and put the proper path in to the Mango Web framework. In the case of the example above, the path was to the davidk106.sh-host.com/mangoweb folder, and it needed to be outerbanks.culligannc.com/mangoweb. Once the changes are saved, you should be able to refresh the page and get to the Mango Web login page.
