Fixed css with the display of upcoming delivery orders on the Deliveries page.

Fixed issues with Credit Card Fees on MW:

Vaulted cards with CCFEE’s assigned to the card will override all other settings.
If the card is not vaulted with a CCFEE, the Payment Settings tab on the customer account then takes over.
When all else is not set, there are no credit card fees.
For new cards, the Customer type > Internet tab CCfee will be applicable

Updated puppeteer to version 20 form 10.2 - ARSDataAPI service needs to run with a user account (and not a system user)

ENHANCEMENTS

Allow the customer price lists, default prices and cost-plus prices to be shown on MW.

Added an option to allow the user to delete their account.

Fixed bug in MW sign up where show email flag was being set to true when check availability page is skipped.

On MW Settings, when Go to URL has a '/', Mango Web crashes and can only be fixed on SiteGround. This issue has been resolved.
