BUG: MW: The user can enter cents on iOS devices when making payments.

Enhancements
ENH: Added new page to add ACH from billing screen in MW. Added new checkbox to set auto pay when vaulting from a new echeck. Added 2 new options to MW settings:
- Do not allow customers to add new ACH information
- Do not allow customers to set ACH auto-pay status
BUG: Payment Transaction types from Mango Web are displayed correctly on RMA.
BUG: Set chromium path to Edge in ArsDataAPi config – so there are no issues when using Mango Web on Edge.
BUG: Contracts on Mango Web are saved correctly.
BUG: Fixed an issue deleting credit cards on Mango Web.
