Shift Print Report Overview

The Shift Print Report in Mango Mobile offers a sophisticated way for drivers to print the Shift Print values from the LCR register and reset those values for the next day. The report details the LCR-recorded deliveries and gallons, contrasting them with the invoiced gallons to provide a comparative analysis of:

• LCR delivery/ticket count versus Mango Mobile invoice count
• LCR gallons pumped versus Mango Mobile invoiced gallons

This feature also stores the current values and then resets them for the following delivery day. To use the Shift Print feature, set the Direct Meter Transfer Type option in Handheld Class to LCR II (Direct Communication).

The updated LCR-II reconciliation report is introduced with version 7.2, replacing the traditional reconciliation report for routes using LCR-II ETIs. This feature does the following:

1. Modifies the text display on the day-end reports printing choices from VARIANCE to SHIFT PRINT.
2. Opens a new screen when performing the Shift Print. The LCR-II must be powered on and within Bluetooth range when running this report.
3. Communicates with the LCR-II, reading the Shift Print information (e.g., Shift Start time, Shift Finish time, Shift Net/Gross gallons recorded, Total Net/Gross gallons recorded, and Deliveries since the previous Shift Print).

Once it collects the necessary information, it saves this data to the route and clears the Shift Print information. The next shift begins by comparing the Shift Print Deliveries and Gallons to the generated invoices and invoiced gallons, respectively. Any differences are displayed as variances. After populating the screen with this data, press "Print Report" to print the report on a mobile printer.
