This report helps the user manage inventory more effectively. At any time, a list of products can be printed in order to determine inventory on hand. The Inventory Status can be found under Reports > Inventory > Inventory Status.
Fields:
Sort Option 1: This report can only be printed by Charge Code or by Product Class.
Change Branch: If you are logged into multiple branches, this option may be shown and allows you to re-select the branches to include in the report instead of having to completely exit the report.
Available Warehouses / Selected Warehouse: Choose the warehouse(s) to include in the report by using the arrow options on the screen.
Available Products / Selected Products: Choose the product(s) to include in the report by choosing the arrow options on the screen.
Click this button to move the selected products from the list of Available Products to Selected Products.
Click this button to move all of the products in Available Products to Selected Products.
Click this button to move the selected products from Selected Products to Available Products.
Click this button to move all of the products in Selected Products to Available Products.
Remember Items in List: Select this option to keep the products placed in Selected Products section next time you return to this report.
Only Include products below reorder level: Select this option to only include products on the report that are below their reorder level.
Combine Warehouses: Select this option to combine the inventory levels on the report into one total, rather than being separated by warehouse.
