Two methods can be utilized for the installation of the Mango Mobile Version 8 application:
- Install by QR Code that is stored in RMA.
- Installation through the use of your server's IP address and an advanced communication port number.
To download the Version 8 application, drivers should have access to the QR code stored in the RMA. In the RMA system, navigate to Lists>Routes>Handheld Class.

Next, select the Communications Tab. The QR code is located at the bottom left of the screen.

With your mobile device, open the camera application and scan this QR code.

Click on the displayed address, which will initiate the file download. Once downloaded, open the app, then go to the Transfer Parameters screen.
Here, enter the server details as displayed on the Communications Tab of the Handheld class.

The Advanced Communications Service Configuration located under Lists> Routes> Advanced Communications Configuration.

The Transfer Parameters should be set as follows:

Select "Save" on this screen, then download the first route.
Installing through Server IP/Port NumberTo download the application directly from your server, use your handheld communication port. This process involves the format: Server IP: Port Number.
For instance, we will use the credentials below. Your Server IP is located under Lists> Routes> Handheld Class> Communications.

Your port number can be found under Lists> Routes> Handheld Class> Advanced Communications Configuration in the Setup Tab.

- Open a web browser on your Android device and enter your server IP: advanced communications port number.
For instance, input arstest.rma.mango247.cloud:50012 to access the web page below. From this page, select the Mango Mobile option to initiate the application install.

- After the installation is complete, the system will prompt you to install the application as seen below.

- Once the installation is complete, select open.

- You will encounter several prompts to grant access to phone information while using Mango Mobile.

- After downloading the application, select "YES" when prompted.
Download Data from Server
- Enter your server information from the communications tab into the Transfer Parameters screen. Once you have entered all of the necessary information, select the save icon located in the bottom right corner. All this information is found under your Handheld Class Communications settings/ Advanced Communications Configuration Settings shown in step 1.
You may also open your Camera app and scan the QR code located under: Handheld Class> Communications. This action will transfer all parameters to your mobile device.

- In the transfer screen, select the "Change Route" icon.

- From the change route screen, enter your route code and desired download date. After entering this information, tap the arrows at the bottom right corner of the screen to continue.

- Next, select "Begin Transfer". This action will download the route to your handheld device.

Note: If you decide not to download the route, select "Abort Transfer".
This is how the transfer appears while it is in the downloading process:

- You may be prompted to install Mango Mapping.

- Select "Install" and complete the installation process for Mango Mapping.
- Once the installation is complete, it will return you to the download page.
- When your download is complete, you will see the following screen. Your new application will be displayed on your device as seen below.

When you open the application, select your name and enter a password if necessary.

- Your new home screen will look like the image below. At this point, your Version 8 Mango Mobile installation process is complete.

If you are using the latest version of Android, you may encounter a pop-up notification stating "Unsafe app blocked" during the Mango Mobile download process.

Follow the subsequent steps to successfully install Version 8 of Mango Mobile.
- Find the "More Details" section on the pop-up window.

- Select the "Install Anyway" option.

- Let the application complete the installation process, after which you will be returned to the download page.

You will be able to view the Installation progress.

- Confirm that the download has been successful and no further pop-ups appear.
This message will appear if the uninstallation of Mango Mobile (Version 7) was not completed correctly. It typically appears after initiating the route download process. This pop-up can persist with each download if Mango Mobile was not properly installed. Follow the steps below to resolve this pop-up.
- Select the "Install" option on the pop-up window.

- A warning may appear indicating that the app is blocked. Refer to the steps in the "Unsafe App" section above to clear this warning and complete the installation.
- After the installation is complete, you will be returned to the download page.
- If you are not redirected to the download page and receive an update pop-up message instead, proceed with the update prompts.
Update Mango Mobile
- Once the update process is completed, it will return you to the download page.
- Upon completion of the download, a "Download Successful" pop-up message will appear.
- If the successful download message doesn't appear, close the Mango Mobile app and reopen it.
- You should then be redirected to the Mango Mobile home page.
