Overview
This article covers how to pull data from an Android handheld device using the "Life Preserver" button. The "Life Preserver" button is located on the Utilities screen on Mango Mobile, and its primary job is to send data to the ARS button. It REQUIRES the Android device to have access to email. In addition, this article also covers how to upload that file into RMA using the Mango Mobile Utilities program that is in 7.0.3r3+.

Email Database
1. Go to the Mango Mobile App on the hh/tablet.
2. Click on the "Utilities" option (Wrench and Screwdriver).
3. At the bottom of Utilities, click on the White and Orange Life Preserver.
4. Choose the "Email Database" option.
5. A screen will pop up that says "Send databases and logs via email?"
6. Select 'Yes' and it will ask for an app to send the .zip file through.
7. Select an email app that you are linked too and email the database to support@advantagers.com.
8. You can retrieve the .zip file through the support email
