Cause
This article reviews the troubleshooting process for GPS accuracy on Mango Tx7 devices.
Resolution
If you are unable to do ‘take me there’ on your TX7 handheld, you will need to do the following:
1. Go to Settings – the gear
2. Go to location
3. Touch near the top where it says MODE (2 in the screen above)
4. Turn that on to “High Accuracy”
Note: You may have to do a couple of confirmations
6. Go back into Mango Mobile and pull up a customer and use the turn-by-turn instructions.
Note: If you use Customer Alert Messages the TBT instructions will show on the bottom left hand corner. If you do not, open the customer stop and go to the "i" this will bring you to the TBT instructions on the bottom left hand corner.
7. This will pull up maps to give you the most accurate Turn by turn instructions
