Driver Notes Show as Blank when Printed

Overview

Driver notes were showing up as blank when printed or the notes showed up as tmpnote.ars

Symptoms

Driver notes were showing up as blank when printed. In RM2K, the notes showed up as tmpnote.ars

Cause

The ".bmp" registry entry has changed from Windows default of "Paint.Picture" to a 3rd party graphics editing app.

Resolution

Find the ARS.SigFile in the root directory. Double clicking on it will register it to the computer in question. If it has permissions issues, copy the file locally to the desktop and then double click on it.
