Fields:
Sort Option 1 & 2: Select criteria for sorting the report.
Dates: Specify the date range for the sales data.
Acct. No.: Filter by account number range.
Major Acct. Code: Filter by major account code range.
Cust Type: Filter by customer type range.
Include Sales Tax in Totals: Option to include sales tax in the total amounts.
Available Product Class / Selected Product Class: Select specific product classes to include in the report.
