Credit Card Processing not prompting to send email receipt V8

This article details an issue with older versions of V8 and not being prompted to send Credit Card Reciepts

In older versions of RMA V8 PostScript and GhostScript were still being used. If these were missing from the system. RMA would not be able to properly process and send credit card receipts to customers. 

Cause

Post Script and Ghost Script not set in Local Settings

Resolution

Set Post Script and Ghost Script in Local Settings

  1. Go to File Local Settings
  2. Printer Tab
  3. Add Post Script and Ghost Script
