Blank Email Attachments V8

Overview

Sending emails from RMA and the .PDF attachments are Blank? You'll want to go through these setup instructions: Setting up your System for PDF Attachments.

Symptoms

Emails sent from Route Manager, and the .PDF file (invoice, statement, etc) is blank.

Cause

This is cause by invalid or not properly setup Postscript and Ghostscript printers in Local Settings>Printers tab.
