Android: "No application data is available!" message when opening Mango Mobile

Opening the Mango Mobile Application for the first time after a clean install or when a clear data was performed will prompt the user that "No application data is available! Would you like to download data from your server?"

Symptoms

Prompted with "No application data is available! Would you like to download data from your server?"

Cause

There is no route data on the handheld. Likely due to a fresh install, hard reset, or the application data was cleared.
