Here is a comprehensive list of all Route reports.

Under this folder, there are knowledgebase articles to guide you on what reports are available in RMA.

 

Daily Folder Reports


Past Due Average by Route Report V8

The Past Due Average by Route report will help determine the scale of delinquency and which routes have the most problems with delinquent accounts. Priorities for collection and collection techniques can be established in terms of routes or areas to target. It should also be helpful in deciding on the necessary actions to take to correct the problems or prevent future problems.

Past Due by Route Day Report V8

The Past Due by Route Day report should be run two or three days in advance of the regular delivery day to allow the office staff to make contact with tardy accounts. Several criteria can be defined as you generate the report.

Authorization Codes Report V8

The Authorization Codes report includes release codes that can be entered on the handheld on the date and route selected. The codes may apply to one or more of the following account standings: Hold Service, Past Due, Suspended, Over Credit Limit, and COD. The Authorization Codes report can be found under Reports > Route Reports > Daily > Authorization Codes.

Payment Summary Report V8

This report provides a summary of payments received per route. The Payment Summary report can be found under Reports > Route Reports> Daily > Payment Summary.

Daily Cash Recording V8

The Daily Cash Recording feature in RMA allows you to manually record cash collected per route after the data has been uploaded to the desktop. This can be used to verify payment amounts collected from drivers in the office, versus the payment amounts entered on the handheld. If the amount entered into the Daily Cash Recording Entry program does not match the amount uploaded, an invoice can be created to charge the driver for any discrepancies.

Tickets Not Printed Report V8

This report will give you a list of Delivery Order tickets that have not been printed. The Tickets Not Printed Report can be found under Reports > Route Reports > Daily > Tickets Not Printed Report.

Printed Tickets Not Entered Report V8

This report will give you a list of tickets that have been printed but have not been entered into the system. The Printed Tickets Not Entered report can be found under Reports > Route Reports > Daily > Printed Tickets Not Entered.

Delivery Order Status Report V8

This report will give you a list of Delivery Orders entered in the system based on a wide range of criteria options. The Delivery Order Status report can be found under Reports>Route Reports>Daily>Delivery Order Status.

Special Orders Report V8

This report displays special order information collected on route for the dates entered. The Special Orders Report can be found under Reports > Route Reports > Daily > Specials Orders Report.

Work Billing Report V8

The Work Billing Report is a business report that provides detailed information about billing activities related to specific work performed by employees or teams. This report is useful for tracking and managing the financial aspects of projects, services, or tasks where billing is required. It helps ensure accurate invoicing, monitor project expenses, and provide insights into financial performance.

Sales Folder Reports

Sales Summary by Route Report V8

A tool to help in managing your routes is the Sales Summary by Route report. This report shows sales for individual routes and service days. This printed report only displays a summary unless Include Detail is checked. The Sales Summary by Route report can be found under Reports > Route Reports > Sales > Sales Summary by Route.

Product Sales Summary Report V8

This report provides a summary of products sold by route. The Product Sales Summary report can be found under Reports > Route Reports > Sales > Product Sales Summary.

Gratis Sales by Route Report V8

A Gratis Sale by Route Report is a document or report that tracks and summarizes free or complimentary sales made along specific routes.

Customer Activity Report V8

This report includes a summary of each customer’s latest activity, balances, and transaction dates. The Customer Activity Report can be found under Reports > Route Reports > Sales > Customer Activity Report.

Last 5 Deliveries Report V8

This report allows you to view a product listing of each customer’s last five deliveries on route. The Last 5 Deliveries report can be found under Reports > Route Reports > Sales > Last 5 Deliveries.

Customer Purchases Report V8

This report shows all of the products purchased by customers according to the criteria entered. It can be helpful in evaluating customer product requirements in planning for route deliveries. The Customer Purchases Report can be found under Reports > Route Reports > Sales > Customer Purchases Report.

Management Folder Reports

Stops by ZIP Code Report V8

This report will generate a list of all of the routed customers based on their ZIP codes. This can be helpful when re-engineering routes. The report is also helpful for displaying how many customers are routed in each area. The Stops by ZIP Code report can be found under Reports > Route Reports > Management > Stops by ZIP Code.

Route Stop Mapping Report V8

This report allows the user to export route data for processing in a third party application such as Microsoft Streets and Trips. The Route Stop Mapping report can be found under Reports > Route Reports > Management > Route Stop Mapping.

Customer Route Listing Report V8

This report generates a listing of each billing and delivery address per routed account number. The Customer Route Listing Report can be found under Reports > Route Reports > Management > Customer Route List.

Customer Equipment List Report V8

This report prints a list of all customers with installed equipment. The Customer Equipment List report can be found under Reports > Route Reports > Management > Customer Equipment List.

Route Times Report V8

The Route Times report allows you to look at a single route or multiple routes to see the stop time that each customer was serviced. It will display the stops Start Time, End Time and overall Delivery Time. You can also view the sequence number information to better evaluate your routes efficiency.

Customers Without Deliveries Report V8

This report prints a listing of customers that are without delivery or scheduled customers that have not received their deliveries for the period of time entered. The Customer without Deliveries report can be found under Reports > Route Reports > Management > Customer without Deliveries.

Will Call Report V8

The Will Call Report is used to generate a report of all customers that are marked as ‘Will Call’ within Customer Information, per route. The Will Call Report can be found under Reports > Route Reports > Management > Will Call Report.

Skip Reasons by Route Report V8

The Skip Reasons by Route report generates a list of customers who have had a skipped delivery, according to the specified criteria. The Skip Reasons by Route report can be found under Reports > Route Reports > Management > Skip Reasons by Route.
