Communication Reports

Delivery Orders Report V8

This report includes all of the Delivery Orders entered and scheduled by your employees. The Delivery Order report can be found under Reports > Communication Reports > Delivery Orders.

Contact History Messages V8

This report allows you to print a summary of contact messages entered by your staff for the selected search criteria.

Log Report V8

To track changes made by users in Route Manager you can turn on the options under Log Report (Reports > Communication Reports > Log Report). Some users may want to check this report to see which employee made a change to a certain account, deleted an invoice, changed pricing for a customer, edited an email on an account, or various other information. 

Reprint PDF Documents V8

 This allows you to access files that may have been sent to customers, either internally or externally, but misplaced.

Pre-Sale Delivery Orders Report V8

This report includes all of the Delivery Orders created using the Route Pre-Sale function on the Route menu. The Pre-Sale Delivery Orders report can be found under Reports > Communication Reports > Delivery Orders. This has replaced the Pre-Sale Delivery Orders Report.
