ENFINITE was born out of necessity. Recognizing that used oil could be beneficially reused, four companies in 1984 founded the association with the primary mission of fighting the hazardous waste designation of used oil and aided in the development of the EPA's used oil management standards.

Today, ENFINITE membership has grown to nearly 300 companies providing vital sustainable environmental services, including:

Liquid Recycling: 

ENFINITE members collect and recycle billions of gallons of used oil, wastewater, antifreeze and other related liquids each year. NORA members process these materials into valuable new products, such as re-refined base lubricants, on-specification used oil (recycled fuel oil) and ethylene glycol as well as responsibly discharge/dispose of materials to meet regulatory requirements.

Industrial & Environmental Services:

ENFINITE members provide a wide array of real solutions for industry. Examples or industrial and environmental services provided by ENFINITE members include vacuum truck services, tank cleaning, emergency response services and other specialty services. 

The ENFINITE community also includes the various supplier/vendors that provide the latest products and services members need to perform their services
